Regional Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned to regional pipeline targets and ICP segments • Lead GTM execution for product launches and campaigns in the assigned region independently • Identify regional market trends and translate them into actionable marketing proposals • Collaborate directly with regional account directors and sales teams on deal acceleration • Identify late-stage opportunities in the regional pipeline and propose concrete marketing support to accelerate closing • Document marketing's role in closed-won deals — originated, accelerated, or influenced — with clear timeline and touchpoint evidence • Own closed-won story documentation for the assigned region: minimum 2–3 per half-year with marketing fingerprint clearly established • Execute ABM campaigns for strategic regional accounts with personalized touchpoints across the buyer journey • Move ABM initiatives from planning to visible pipeline outcomes independently • Flag event leads moving toward close immediately as priority pipeline stories • Lead regional event planning and execution • Manage logistics, content alignment, and post-event follow-up with sales • Track and report on regional marketing performance connected to pipeline and revenue — not vanity metrics • Provide competitive and market intelligence specific to the assigned region • Maintain attribution data for regional marketing activity in CRM

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing with regional or field marketing responsibility
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with sales teams on pipeline acceleration
  • Exposure to ABM execution, event marketing, or account-level campaign work
  • Life Sciences, SaaS, or complex solutions background preferred
  • Ownership mentality: drives regional marketing outcomes from brief to result without supervision
  • Commercial awareness: connects regional marketing activity to pipeline contribution and closed revenue
  • Cross-functional collaboration: works independently with Sales, PMM, and global marketing teams
  • Strategic thinking: identifies regional gaps and opportunities before being directed
  • Proactive communication: flags risks early, proposes solutions, updates stakeholders without prompting
