Allspring Global Investments
• Collaborating with sales management to provide feedback and insights on trends in the industry and market demands on our Financial Advisor clients. • Achieving top tier market share at the territory level, at Allspring’s focus firms, and in their focus products. • Providing updates on what the Financial Advisors own and discussing best investment strategies and business management ideas. • Leveraging third party speakers, portfolio managers and product specialists throughout the year. • Identifying and partnering with key local Centers of Influence, as well as key broker/ dealer personnel to expand the breadth and depth of existing relationships and increase client access to maximize sales opportunities. • Strategizing ways to penetrate new markets and deepen existing relationships to maximize competitiveness of products. • Partnering with home office platform investment strategy consultants and key accounts relationship managers to ensure execution on strategies with key internal and external distribution channels. • Partner with COIs to increase reach and deepen advisor relationships. • Achieving excellence by demonstrating high performance standards and pursuing business unit goals in the most ethical and efficient manner.
Job Requirements
- 5 years minimum of sales experience required bringing experienced relationships and sales success with top Financial Advisory firms and advisors.
- Experience exceeding established performance goals.
- Solid knowledge of industry-specific needs, constraints, and opportunities for wealth and investment management.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66)
- Live in major metro center of territory
- Results-oriented drive to succeed with a strong service orientation, high energy, a sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset within the context of a large public company, and an excitement toward building a business.
- The ability, gravitas, and credibility to draw consensus across Allspring in support of structuring creative solutions.
- Integrity and the personal presence to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction.
- Excellent relationship building skills coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment where strong independent thinking skills are important.
- Demonstrable intellect – excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong presentation & facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.
- A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation is preferred.
