Role Description As a Technical Support Analyst Grad within our Analysis and Support team, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of CSG’s products and applications. Working closely with engineering and customer-facing teams, you will develop hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, system monitoring, and customer support. - Be involved in analyzing, troubleshooting, and debugging CSG products and performing basic fixes and support resolution activities. - Assist with deployments and building activities using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. - Play an active role in identifying system issues and perform root cause analysis. - Perform basic code fixes and support defect resolution activities. - Collaborate with engineers and R&D teams in maintaining system logs and documentation. - Participate in rotational on-call support with critical production incidents and fixes and perform basic system administration tasks using Linux/Unix shell scripting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree OR a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent. - 0.5 to 1 year experience in application support, software development, or technical operations. - Exposure to relational databases like SQL/PLSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. - Basic knowledge of Python and/or Shell Scripting. - Ability to work a split shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, aligned with business requirements. - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.
