Architectural Drafter

Teamficient

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for permitting and construction. • Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. • Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. building codes, standards, and regulations. • Maintain organized drawing sets and document control in accordance with company standards. • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MPE teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment. • Review and implement redline drawing revisions accurately and promptly. • Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality outputs. • Assist in design development, visualization, and documentation for client presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting or documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (test or sample work may be required).
  • Familiarity with U.S. building codes and construction standards.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or projects.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
