• Review and verify all signed SOW’s and Change Orders to project estimates for accuracy. • Create projects in SalesForce for verified SOW’s. • Update project and project budgets for verified change orders. • Coordinate with and support our Project Management team, Resource Planning team, and Sales team throughout the engagement delivery cycle. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members in SalesForce. • Respond to support cases filed by stakeholders. • Support our delivery team to ensure timely and accurate timecard submission. • Support our contract management system (CLM). • Validate data in Salesforce/Certinia using provided audit reports, update data as needed. • Support our Accounting and Billing team by processing corrections to projects and timecards as needed. • Backup the Accounting team on our corporate travel and expense processing systems Expensify and Navan. • Recommend and implement process and automation improvements to prevent errors and gain efficiency. • Synergy Timecard tracking • Assist in integration tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or project coordinator role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Experience in Salesforce/Certinia preferred.
- Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful and consistent.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical skills.
- A passion for using technology to solve problems.
- A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams.
- A love for problem-solving - you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process.
- The ability to multitask, juggling multiple concurrent streams of work and ensuring success for all of them.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
