• You’ll support the editorial and marketing comms teams with content drafting, scheduling, and posting across Wellvana’s social channels. • You’ll assist with email copywriting and production, helping ensure every send looks right, reads right, and goes out on time. • You’ll help manage content libraries, organize assets, and keep our content repositories clean and current. • You’ll coordinate with teammates to track what’s in progress, what’s live, and what needs to be updated. • You’ll serve as a second set of eyes on emails, social posts, landing pages, and other marketing materials—checking typos, broken links, formatting issues, and brand voice consistency before content goes live. • You’ll support the maintenance and management of the marketing calendar, ensuring upcoming sends, campaigns, events, and content drops are accurately logged, visible to stakeholders, and aligned with team priorities. • You’ll assist with logistics and coordination for Wellvana’s sponsorship and event presence—helping pull together materials, track deliverables, manage deadlines, and ensure commitments are fulfilled on time. • Working closely with the broader CRM team, you’ll help build and manage audience lists in Salesforce, support email campaign construction, and contribute to CRM communications workflows for the Experience Team.
• Collaborates with team members across multiple departments to ensure resolution of product issues through Tier I support • Monitor Helpdesk queue for tickets and resolve users’ tickets in a timely manner • Follow up with partners and users regarding their ticket status • Work with accuracy to ensure there is no breach of PHI • Serve as tier 1 support on platform training for internal and external users • Manage partner information within Salesforce CRM • Escalate support tickets to experienced product SMEs as necessary • User account provisioning and maintenance of accounts
Senior Specialist, Technology Education Content

• The Sr. Specialist, Technology Education content will create easy to follow user guides, quick start booklets, and how to articles that demystify technical features for nontechnical audiences. • You’ll produce polished, on brand materials and collaborate with PMs, data engineers, cross-functional SMEs, and partner success to capture the right workflows. • Author & design: Create step-by-step user guides, quick starts, and release note summaries; lay out content in Adobe InDesign with on brand typography, styles, and component libraries. • Translate technical to plain language: Turn product specs, clinical workflows, and API driven features into simple, task-based instructions and visuals. • Single-source content: Reuse content across PDFs, web help, and training handouts; maintain a clean component/style system. • Visual explainers: Create callouts, annotated screenshots, and simple diagrams; partner with Design for complex visuals and templates. • Create on-demand content: Develop shortform, modular, self-paced technology content that supports self-paced learning for users and internal teams. • Capture onscreen workflows using screen recording tools. • Script short, task-based walkthroughs or “how to” clips. • Edit footage (basic trimming, callouts, annotations, captions) to ensure content is accessible and easy to follow. • Create knowledge checks & competency assessments: Develop short quizzes, scenario-based questions, and skill verification checkpoints aligned to specific product workflows. • SaaS savvy: Test features in a staging environment, capture accurate steps, and flag UX snags; keep docs in sync with iterative releases. • Stakeholder collaboration: Run content walkthroughs with PM/Eng/CS/Clinical SMEs; incorporate feedback and track approvals. • Continuous improvement: Monitor support tickets and learning analytics to identify doc gaps; propose updates that reduce “how do I…?” inquiries.

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional healthcare projects from concept to completion • Develop and manage comprehensive project charters, integrated project plans, budgets, and resource strategies • Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirements • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed • Serve as the primary liaison for executive sponsors and senior stakeholders • Facilitate executive-level reporting and decision-making • Provide mentorship and direction to project managers, analysts, and other project-assigned cross-functional team members • Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, project plans, CRAID logs, communication plans, and roadmaps
• Provide leadership and work closely with Wellvana’s analytics team • Execute on the strategy and manage the activities of actuarial activities, medical and pharmacy data collection and analysis, and trend analytics • Be a subject matter expert in Medicare Advantage and Federal ACOs, e.g., ACO Reach • Identify and design analytics to uncover critical business insights • Present findings in clear, compelling manner to senior leadership • Measure and project savings for new initiatives in collaboration with clinical leadership • Quantify impact of policy reform, population shifts, etc. on existing products and customer arrangements • Project medical expense for forecasting and monitor variance to budget • Prepare and provide supporting documentation for actuarial liabilities • Develop strong teams, create strong morale and spirit; foster open dialogue
• Lead the underwriting function strategy across current and prospective clients in CMS ACO models to optimize performance for Wellvana and our partners • Coordinate and lead regular cross-function forums between actuarial and underwriting team members and key stakeholders within Wellvana including, but not limited to, Growth, Partner Success, and Strategy teams with the goal of understanding data and modeling needs to meet Wellvana objectives • Coordinate and lead development of enterprise tools needed based on stakeholder requirements, including alignment with Finance and Analytics systems and critical processes • Collaborate with Actuarial leadership to establish assumption governance for all models and tools • Manage and test assumptions for tools and models across current and prospective clients • Manage workflow and participate in supporting innovative ad-hoc underwriting requests • Lead and complete validation study design and complete studies on underwriting modeling and tool projections • Innovate underwriting methodologies, processes, and insights using AI/ML techniques to produce improvements in projections • Develop material and lead education sessions on underwriting process and projections for key stakeholders • Identify key barriers and recommend investments to improve overall underwriting process
• Collaborate with ACO partners to design, implement, and refine care pathways that improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary utilization. • Analyze post-acute care trends, SNF performance metrics, and readmission rates to identify opportunities for improvement. • Guidance of cross-functional teams in developing strategic initiatives that align with ACO goals and CMS benchmarks. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clinical teams, care coordinators, and external providers, to ensure alignment and accountability. • Production of training materials, workflows, and toolkits to support care pathway adoption. • Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to communicate insights and drive strategic planning. • Stay current on regulatory changes, CMS guidelines, and industry best practices related to value-based care and post-acute management. • Review data trends from monthly claims files for assigned partners using Next Site of Care Dashboard. • Compare current data with KPIs to determine any course corrections needed (i.e. action plans). • Incorporate data findings into action planning meetings and report out on any care redesign initiatives in progress along with recommendations for other care redesign efforts supported by the data. • Review and prepare SOC action slides for Action Planning and JOC meetings. • Work with Partner Success and Clinical Consultants to determine Acute Care Redesign activities for success. • Conduct weekly patient management calls with In Network top 3 volume SNFs. • Engage with SNF and HHA interdisciplinary teams to perform care redesign. • Evaluate, build and maintain SNF and HHA performance networks. • Improve network utilization, discharge patterns and readmissions. • Coordinate and lead quarterly meetings with leadership at each performance top 3 volume facility/agency to report outcomes and recommend process improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional team to communicate PAC interventions to partners. • Manage SNF LOS, Readmissions and Ensure Continuity of Care. • Work with PAC partners to help identify new value-based care patients entering their care and begin transitional care planning from admission. • Obtain weekly updates on patient status, transition challenges and anticipated discharge date and engage on challenges to ensure appropriate SNF length of stay. • Consistent, daily use of the technology (Clarity) platform.
