Role Description Zaelab is seeking a Lead CPQ Solution Engineer to help drive the growth of our CPQ & CRM practice, with a focus on Logik.ai and ServiceNow Sales and Order Management & ServiceNow CPQ. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution architecture, and delivery, working closely with enterprise clients to design scalable solutions that transform complex quoting and order orchestration processes. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and client-facing, able to translate complex business requirements into solution architectures, compelling demos, and well-defined implementation scopes. As a Lead CPQ Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting pre-sales engagements and shaping solution delivery by designing scalable architectures for CPQ and order orchestration. You will collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and platform partners to develop compelling solution narratives, accurate project estimates, and technically sound implementation plans. This role requires deep knowledge of CPQ systems, strong consulting skills, and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders. The position is remote but can require travel for partner enablement, client workshops, and industry events up to (2) times per month. This typically averages out to once a month over the course of the year. Responsibilities - Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, quoting requirements, pricing models, and order orchestration needs. - Develop accurate project estimates including timelines, resource plans, and budget expectations. - Translate client requirements into clear functional designs and technical solution architectures. - Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight the value of Logik.ai and ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, & ServiceNow CPQ solutions. - Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling solution narratives and presentations aligned to specific industries and use cases. - Serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing customer questions and guiding solution decisions. - Support the development of proposals and Statements of Work with detailed scope definitions, assumptions, and implementation approaches. - Conduct technical workshops, architecture sessions, and solution deep dives with prospects and clients. - Ensure smooth handoff from presales to delivery by documenting requirements, solution designs, and project scope. - Participate in project kickoff sessions to align delivery teams on client expectations and solution architecture. - Provide ongoing advisory support to delivery teams and project leadership when needed. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience implementing or architecting CPQ, order management, or enterprise commerce solutions. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ (Logik.ai) or ServiceNow Sales and Order Management strongly preferred. - Experience designing complex pricing models, product configuration logic, and quote-to-cash workflows. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts including integrations, APIs, and system orchestration. - Experience supporting enterprise pre-sales cycles including demos, solution architecture, and proposal development. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive and technical stakeholders. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, finance, and product teams. Preferred Experience - Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other CPQ ecosystems. - Familiarity with enterprise lead-to-cash processes and order orchestration frameworks. - Experience working in consulting or professional services environments. - Certifications in ServiceNow or relevant partner platforms.
