• We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team, working across our Real Estate products. You'll play a key role in evolving our design system, helping designers and engineers across the business design and build with greater consistency, quality and pace. • You'll work day to day within a small, dedicated pod, spanning web and app. But the system serves designers across multiple tribes, each shipping their own product work. You'll work within our contribution model, helping teams outside the pod propose, adopt and evolve components without fragmenting the system. • We're looking for someone with strong craft, attention to detail, and curiosity about systems thinking and AI-assisted workflows. You'll help create a coherent product experience across our brands while developing your own design systems practice. • Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within our design system, reducing duplication and improving consistency across tribes. • Define component behaviour, states and variants, working directly with engineering to ship them. • Run and improve the contribution model: the process and standards that let designers outside the core pod propose and ship components without breaking system coherence. • Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams to inform decisions. • Create clear documentation and specifications covering variants, edge cases and usage guidance. • Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code. • Resolve conflicts between a tribe's local need and the system's long-term coherence. • Work with product design teams to identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products.

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan. • Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible. • Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals. • Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions. • Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership. • Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities. • Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale. • Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data. • Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets. • Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity. • Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts embedded in your product team to conceptualize and ship user-centred solutions that create measurable value for our customers - taking end-to-end accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept through production. • Connect your design decisions to business outcomes - translating commercial goals into design logic, defining success metrics, and running experiments that demonstrate measurable impact. • Use AI-native workflows to collapse the gap between idea and production, prototyping and iterating directly in code rather than through static handoffs. • Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate fast - shipping to production with engineering pair-support. • Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences, exercising strong design taste to critique and elevate AI-generated outputs. • Contribute to Nexus, our design system, by building and maintaining code components - not just static documentation - that can be used directly by engineering teams. • Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews with your design peers, communicating your design rationale clearly and with data to cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead by example in adopting tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor for end-to-end design execution. • Establish and maintain high craft standards by defining foundational and reusable Agentic Experience patterns, designing scalable components for the design system (Nexus), and reviewing work to ensure quality and consistency. • Mentor and develop designers through critique, guidance, and structured feedback—helping them grow their craft, decision-making, and ability to work autonomously with AI-native tools. • Partner with Product and Engineering to align on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility—translating design insights into business outcomes and measurable impact. • Conduct user research and run experiments to validate design decisions. Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate fast—always balancing speed with quality and bias toward shipping. • Lead design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions with your design peers and cross-functional partners. • Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using n8n and other low-code/no-code tools to improve operational efficiency across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and other back-office functions. • Build agentic AI solutions and AI-infused automations that go beyond simple task-to-task hand-offs, incorporating LLMs, decision logic, and intelligent routing. • Own automation projects end-to-end: scoping, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. • Integrate across OLX's tooling landscape - Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Slack, Google Workspace, SAP, Coupa, and others - via RESTful APIs and JSON to create seamless cross-system workflows. • Write, test, and debug scripts in Python or JavaScript for complex logic, data manipulation, and custom API error handling. • Maintain and support the n8n automation platform and its surrounding infrastructure. • Run discovery sessions with business and back-office teams to identify tasks and processes that can be improved, accelerated, or reimagined through AI. • Lead workshops, hackathons, and training initiatives that build AI fluency across the organisation, making these tools accessible to non-technical colleagues. • Conduct proof-of-concepts and proof-of-values on new AI tools and SaaS products, translating findings into clear recommendations for adoption or investment. • Create and maintain a library of prompts, playbooks, and ready-to-use AI workflows that teams can pick up and apply immediately. • Provide hands-on consulting to teams running AI-related projects — from prototype to production. • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and keep the organisation informed on what matters and what doesn't. • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices within the team. • Collaborate with team leadership to shape the roadmap and prioritise high-impact initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying patterns across departments and sharing reusable solutions.

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of three analysts — workload allocation, quality review, and growth • Set the standards for data models, definitions, and documentation the whole business relies on. • Serve as the primary data partner to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product • Maintain daily automated reports: leads, listings, LPL, promoted listings, sold listings, market monitor • Deliver weekly ad-hoc data requests across P24 and AutoTrader • Produce monthly and quarterly commercial analyses, industry reports, and press-ready data articles • Track commercial KPIs: take rate, ROS/MDS, LPL per dealer, slot utilisation, dealer profitability • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Apache Superset; templates in Excel and Google Sheets • Proactively identify data improvement opportunities and surface insights to the business • Write and maintain complex SQL queries and automated pipelines across P24 and AT databases • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis and modelling • Build recurring data workflows — revenue book, billing, finance reporting, sold data • Apply predictive and statistical techniques to existing datasets — churn modelling, demand forecasting, pricing elasticity, and anomaly detection • Explore ML-assisted valuation and depreciation modelling for AutoTrader • Collaborate with engineering to productionise models as part of automated pipelines
