Senior Correspondent Account Executive

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders • Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology • Drive funded loan production to $10M+ monthly, ensuring smooth pipeline management • Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for your clients • Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely closings • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in correspondent or third-party mortgage originations
- Proven success in account management or business development roles
- Strong knowledge of Delegated and Non-Delegated lending practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service
