• Own process and cost analysis, operations planning and orchestration for complex technical construction and deployment projects • Lead pre-construction planning activities, including scope definition, constructability reviews, sequencing strategies, and feasibility assessments • Develop and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses to support executive decisions • Build and refine process analytics related to construction workflows, timelines, cost drivers, and risk exposure • Partner with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and cost realities • Create structure where none exists—establishing frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes appropriate for a rapidly scaling environment • Identify risks and opportunities early and clearly communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership • Support leadership decision-making by delivering concise, data-backed insights under compressed timelines • Adapt plans quickly in response to changing project scope, priorities, or executive direction • Coordinate with global stakeholders, including supporting collaboration across U.S. and Japan time zones

• Oversee end-to-end fleet procurement execution and operational management across multiple fleets and dealership networks • Ensure efficient purchase order processing, OEM and supplier coordination, fleet utilization optimization, and operational cost control • Act as primary operational contact for OEMs and dealerships • Monitor supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, responsiveness) • Coordinate issue resolution and service-level compliance • Track and report order cycle time, on-time delivery, budget vs. actual spend • Partner with Fleet Operations Partner to oversee operations for 5–20 fleets (250–1,000 vehicles total)

• Develop and execute the portfolio-wide procurement strategy for major equipment and material categories, including power, cooling, and electrical systems • Lead sourcing, bidding, and negotiation activities for large-scale equipment and material packages • Establish procurement plans that align with business objectives, construction schedules, and delivery milestones • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and vendors across the portfolio • Establish and manage a vendor performance program that tracks cost, quality, service, and on-time delivery • Negotiate favorable commercial terms while maintaining long-term supplier relationships and supply continuity • Partner closely with engineering, construction, and project leadership teams to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project needs • Support planning for long-lead materials and critical equipment to reduce schedule risk and improve delivery confidence • Coordinate across stakeholders to identify procurement priorities, constraints, and opportunities for improved execution • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, particularly for critical or long-lead items • Develop structured, repeatable procurement processes and controls that support portfolio growth • Drive continuous improvement across procurement workflows, vendor accountability, and material planning practices

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the corporate EHS management system, policies, and standards • Establish enterprise-wide safety frameworks and compliance practices across all construction sites • Drive a proactive, risk-based approach to safety and regulatory compliance across the portfolio • Lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to Regional Safety Managers and site-level EHS personnel • Own corporate-level EHS reporting, including the development and monitoring of key performance indicators • Serve as the primary corporate liaison with regulatory agencies, including OSHA, EPA, and other applicable authorities • Lead investigations into significant incidents and ensure effective root cause analysis

• Develop, implement, and manage the master project schedule across multiple project sites, including Juno and Sandow • Perform critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies • Ensure alignment between field execution, milestones, and overall program timelines • Oversee portfolio-level budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting • Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) systems • Monitor cost performance and provide insights to support financial decision-making • Establish and manage project-wide change control processes • Ensure all changes are properly documented, evaluated for impact, and formally approved • Maintain alignment between schedule, cost, and scope changes • Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and performance metrics • Establish disciplined weekly and monthly reporting cadences for leadership • Utilize data analytics to provide forward-looking insights on schedule and cost risks • Design scalable project controls processes and systems to support program growth • Drive consistency and accountability across all project stakeholders • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting tools and systems

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle and overall performance of the Data Center Construction portfolio • Lead execution across multiple large-scale construction programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and delivery objectives • Drive consistency, accountability, and operational discipline across the portfolio • Build, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Project Executives, engineers, and construction leaders • Define team structure, operating rhythms, and performance expectations to support portfolio growth • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and innovation across the construction organization • Serve as the primary interface with executive leadership, joint venture partners, and other key stakeholders • Communicate project status, risks, resource needs, and strategic priorities to senior leadership • Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders in support of execution success • Maintain accountability for portfolio-level financial performance, planning, and execution outcomes • Support capital planning, commercial oversight, and executive decision-making across the program • Help shape the long-term construction strategy in support of business growth and infrastructure expansion

• Develop, implement, and enforce environmental health and safety programs across multiple project sites • Establish scalable safety processes and standards to support a growing construction portfolio • Drive a culture of safety ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement • Conduct regular site audits and inspections across project locations, including Juno and Sandow • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards • Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting, documentation, and resolution • Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures across all sites • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on complex safety matters

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluations, reference checks, and offer support • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and desired candidate profiles • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent across a variety of roles • Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels • Manage all candidate communications and ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, hiring team communication, and movement through the hiring process • Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and source effectiveness • Maintain job postings and applicant tracking system data to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance • Support onboarding coordination and hiring transition activities to promote a seamless new hire experience • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity • Assist with drafting HR communications, documentation, and internal resources • Support compliance-related activities, audits, and general HR process administration as needed • Serve as a secondary reviewer for payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance • Act as a backup resource for payroll administration as needed • Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies • Collaborate closely with the broader People Team on cross-functional initiatives • Support HR programs, projects, and process improvements • Contribute to a strong, collaborative, and employee-focused culture • Create and maintain ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, and recruiting metrics • Analyze HR and recruiting data to support decision-making and identify trends

• Oversee the integrity, compliance, and scalability of finance technology stack and end-to-end tax operations. • Serve as key bridge between Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, and system administrators. • Ensure billing, tax, and financial workflows are accurate, efficient, and compliant. • Manage configuration, governance, and process integrity of finance systems. • Drive enhancements to billing, invoicing, taxation, and revenue workflows. • Manage end-to-end tax operations including local indirect and income taxes. • Establish and maintain internal controls over billing, taxation, and system changes.
