Job Requirements
- 7+ years overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow implementation and engineering experience
- IT application system experience in technology solution delivery
- Experience with platform customization in relevant delivery platforms
- Experience with custom application development including Custom Service Portal widget creation
- Developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS
- Leading and mentoring Junior ServiceNow team members
- Implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experienced in Section 508 compliance
- Ability to support customers during EST hours
