Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, engineering, management information systems, computer science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems roles. - Strong experience working with quality metrics and software industry data collection and analysis techniques. - Current, hands on knowledge of CMMI for Development and Services. - Experience supporting or aligning with project management methodologies in enterprise environments. - Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a large, matrixed corporate environment. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Visio. Requirements - Experience conducting process audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action planning in CMMI aligned organizations. - Familiarity with Gainwell or similar enterprise quality governance models. - Experience supporting SDLC governance, delivery assurance, and operational quality programs. - Ability to create and maintain quality dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports. - Strong interpersonal skills to influence teams and mentor junior quality practitioners. - Exposure to Agile, hybrid, or enterprise scale delivery frameworks. - Ability to influence quality improvement initiatives at the project, account, or enterprise level. Benefits - Opportunity to work on challenging, impactful projects leveraging the latest technologies. - A collaborative and supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized. - Access to resources and opportunities for continuous learning and skill development. - Recognition for your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. - Career growth in a fast-paced, innovative organization. - Work Mode: Remote (Shift time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
