Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quotes, and other sales-related documentation. - Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system. - Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. - Support the sales team with research, scheduling, and lead tracking. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and reporting. - Assist in preparing reports, sales forecasts, and presentations for management. Qualifications - Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Sales Assistant role. - Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. - Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records. - Confident preparing quotations, documentation, and sales-related correspondence. - Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems. - Experience within the manufacturing or construction industries would be advantageous, but is not essential. Requirements - Provide quick and efficient response times to field teams’ requirements. - Deliver quick, efficient, and thorough responses to all customer enquiries. - Accurately prepare sales proposals for the field team to present to customers. - Display a positive and professional attitude, ensuring customers experience our strong team culture. - Keep the field team updated with the latest support literature and branding materials. - Actively assist the field sales representatives in achieving their sales targets. - Serve as the dedicated follow-up point of contact on behalf of the sales representatives.
