Roles and Responsibilities: - Act as the strategic lead across digital merchandising and conversion optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment to revenue growth and business objectives - Own and manage the team’s roadmap and prioritization framework, balancing impact, effort, and timing across competing initiatives - Partner with merchandising and digital experience analysts to guide day-to-day execution, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality outcomes - Identify and size revenue growth opportunities across the user journey, including product discovery, PDP performance, and checkout funnel optimization - Synthesize data from multiple sources (merchandising, conversion, traffic, and customer behavior) to develop actionable insights and inform strategic decisions - Establish and track key performance indicators across merchandising and conversion, ensuring efforts are aligned to measurable business impact - Facilitate cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, UX/design, and IT teams to ensure initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed - Lead planning and intake processes for new requests, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and team capacity - Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and met - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance, roadmap progress, and impact of key initiatives - Identify gaps in processes, tools, or capabilities and recommend improvements to increase team effectiveness and efficiency - Act as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long-term digital growth initiatives - Help oversee SEO optimization efforts across the site, identifying and executing high‑impact initiatives that expand organic search visibility - Support the Senior Manager in leading cross-channel collaboration across SEO, Brand, Paid Media, and CRM, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and performance - Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams - Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies - Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed Requirements - 4+ years of web strategy and site management experience - 4+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, website or app management - 3+ years' experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools - 2+ years using content management systems - 2+ years' experience with A/B testing or UX optimization - BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field - This is a Hybrid role based in Oak Brook, IL The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
