Задачи: - Сбор и анализ функциональных и нефункциональных требований; - Описание пользовательских сценариев (use cases, user stories); - Постановка задач для команды разработки; - Участие в проектировании новых функций продукта; - Ведение и актуализация продуктовой документации; - Взаимодействие с командой; - Участие в тестировании реализованного функционала и проверке соответствия требованиям. Qualifications - Системное и аналитическое мышление; - Умение структурировать информацию и работать с документацией; - Понимание жизненного цикла разработки ПО; - Понимание принципов проектирования веб-приложений и API; - Базовые навыки работы с SQL; - Навыки описания требований и пользовательских сценариев; - Грамотная письменная коммуникация; - Самостоятельность и ответственность. • Independently prepare and analyze samples according to SGS’ analytical SOPs using instrumentation specific to the department and analytical methodologies • Performs routine operation, maintenance, calibration of laboratory instruments/equipment • May assist with validation and MDL studies. • Assists with investigation, and preparation of responses to client inquiries and CARs. • Inputs and maintains technical information as needed to support the laboratory functions/operations. • Maintains Laboratory Notebook where applicable. • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Provide strategic oversight of the general liability claims portfolio • Serve as a subject matter expert providing strategic oversight of complex construction-related general liability claims • Implement and oversee comprehensive claims management protocols • Communicate proactively with producers and management regarding significant claim developments • Confirm coverage applicability through detailed review and analysis of insurance policies • Support and guide insureds in timely reporting of general liability claims • Coordinate rapid response and post-incident investigation efforts • Drive proactive risk transfer by ensuring proper contractual risk allocation • Lead coverage and claims advocacy in instances of carrier denial • Prepare claim summaries, coverage analyses, and management reports

• responsible for performing audits to assess Finance of America’s compliance with HUD, state, and federal regulatory requirements • manages QC audits including, but not limited to, post funding, prefunding, auditing the auditor vendor reviews and denied loans to follow all applicable state, federal, agency and investor guidelines including HUD QC Plan requirements • manages question sets on the QC checklists including keeping question sets updated • ensures proper findings/issues are addressed properly in the LOS system by the underwriter • assists with the identification of potential areas for improvement through the completion of Quality Control audits • meets review timelines and performance metrics • communicates audit findings, as necessary, to related responsible parties • assists leadership with projects designed to improve the audit process • finalizes determination of audit findings • complies with all local and federal fair lending laws and net benefit requirements • performs other duties as assigned.
