This position is responsible for the recruiting, onboarding, retaining, scheduling and direct supervision of Software Engineer(s) or Software Supervisor(s). This position will be responsible for planning and tracking a financial budget. Additionally, this position will establish and enforce guidelines, best practices, and provide technical leadership and conduct continuous improvement activities for mobile app developers. As a technical leader of the myQ product mobile app development team, he or she will have recent prior experience with web and native based smart phone applications for popular device platforms, such as Apple and Android.
