We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Director of Product Design to lead the design of Airwallex's developer platform. You will own the design strategy and execution for our end-to-end developer experience, spanning our APIs, SDKs, developer tools, documentation, ecosystem integrations, and whitelabel customer management tools. You'll partner closely with product and engineering leaders across the company and high-performing team of product designers focused on world-class developer experiences that power a thriving embedded finance and partner ecosystem. Responsibilities Product & Design Strategy - Define a clear, opinionated design strategy for how customers understand and use cash, high-yield, and credit accounts, and inter-account transfers as their organisation grows. - Partner with PM leaders to frame problems, prioritise opportunities, and ensure design is embedded early in product strategy, not only at execution time. - Establish moving money into, within, and out of Airwallex as a user experience foundation that other product areas (e.g. Spend management, Subscription billing, etc.) can build on top of. • Lead the build-out and evolution of Abnormal’s FedRAMP High cloud infrastructure, translating security and compliance requirements into reliable, auditable AWS implementations for the GovCloud environment. • Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules, infrastructure patterns, and platform standards that make Gov changes safer, more repeatable, and easier for FedOps engineers to operate. • Drive sound architectural decisions across compute, networking, and service design, balancing compliance, operational simplicity, and parity with commercial where it delivers the most value. • Partner closely with FedRAMP, compliance, and other engineering teams to reduce environment drift, improve deployment readiness, and close high-impact gaps between Gov and commercial. • Raise the operational bar for GovCloud through better monitoring, alerting, documentation, and incident readiness, with a focus on reducing toil and improving long-term maintainability. • Serve as a technical leader for FedOps by mentoring engineers, guiding implementation quality, and helping the team adopt AI-assisted workflows that speed up delivery and onboarding.

Role Description We seek an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join Greystar’s Data, Digital, and AI team (D2AI). As an Azure infrastructure engineer, this role involves designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based infrastructure and cloud solutions with additional expertise in Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system scalability, security, and performance by leveraging best DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and advanced data processing workflows. This is a 100% hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. As an SRE on the D2AI team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our cloud-based internally and externally customer-facing products. Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and rapid issue resolution. Advanced degree preferred.
