• Design and deliver Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions tied to real business processes and workflows • Lead scoping and discovery conversations with prospective clients, translating business goals and pain points into defined project scope, timelines, and deliverable frameworks • Contribute to pre-sales efforts including solution architecture reviews, proposal development, and client-facing presentations that demonstrate technical credibility • Identify where AI and automation can add genuine value for clients, then build it • Lead training sessions for both technical teams and business users across Copilot and Microsoft 365 • Design and configure SharePoint Online environments: site structure, permissions, and information architecture • Support SharePoint migrations and document management initiatives with usability and governance in mind • Manage priorities across multiple active client engagements in a delivery-based model • Partner with senior engineers on complex solutions and contribute to shared team knowledge across all areas of Modern Work • Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders at any level of technical depth • Monitor Microsoft's Modern Work roadmap and help translate emerging capabilities into proactive client recommendations and internal practice development

Design and execute test cases for mortgage workflows, maintain regression test suites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate test coverage while transitioning to automated testing environments.

• Collaborate with the agile team to design test cases for user stories and features. • Develop automated testing scenarios to evaluate new development. • Perform manual testing against acceptance criterion throughout the life of software projects. • Document and interpret results of testing, creating bugs and documenting future remediation work. • Report and track issues accurately and effectively. • Evaluate mid-project changes for testing impact. • Help improve QA processes making them more robust and efficient. • Work directly with clients to coordinate their User-Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Designing and implementing automation for common tasks including CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure Provisioning, Monitoring / Alerting, Configuration Management, Customer onboarding, etc. • Designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and cost-effective • Working closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software. • Implementing security best practices to protect the infrastructure and data. • Continuously evaluating and improving processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Setting up monitoring tools to track system performance and quickly address any issues that arise. • Engaging directly with clients to understand business goals, technical constraints, and risk tolerance • Diagnosing and improving existing systems that may be partially implemented or inconsistently managed • Balancing pragmatic delivery with long-term maintainability and best practices • Accurately tracking time and work performed to support client billing, project planning, and overall project health within a professional services delivery model

• Design end-to-end Azure DevOps architectures that support scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions • Define and evolve CI/CD strategies, platform standards, and infrastructure patterns across client environments • Architect infrastructure as code solutions that promote reuse, consistency, and safe change management • Lead technical discovery with clients to understand business goals, constraints, and risk tolerance • Evaluate existing Azure and DevOps implementations and recommend architectural improvements • Guide teams on cloud architecture decisions related to networking, identity, security, monitoring, and resiliency • Partner with engineering teams to support containerized and orchestrated workloads • Establish observability, reliability, and security practices aligned with DevSecOps principles • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex and ambiguous platform challenges • Mentor engineers and influence best practices across projects and engagements

• Design and build data-heavy application interfaces with a strong focus on usability, performance, and real-world workflows • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI and UX patterns such as tables, forms, dashboards, and map-based experiences • Build responsive, consistent interfaces using Tailwind CSS or Material UI (MUI) • Create and maintain reusable component libraries and front-end design systems • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define interaction models, front-end architecture, and state management approaches • Use Vite for fast local development and optimized builds to support quick iteration and a smooth developer experience • Build and enhance geospatial and map-based UI features including route visualization, tracking, and location-based insights • Focus on data clarity, performance, and scalability when working with large datasets

• Lead and influence how production data systems are designed, managed, and improved • Partner with engineering and cloud infrastructure teams to support a modern SaaS platform • Make thoughtful data architecture decisions with a bias toward action • Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of data systems • Support DevOps workflows related to data, including CI/CD and monitoring • Coach and mentor engineers across platform and product teams

• Architect end-to-end data platforms on Azure, ensuring scalability, resilience, and future-proof design • Lead design reviews and architectural decisions for large or complex client data projects • Contribute to defining data engineering best practices, coding standards, and reusable frameworks across the team • Mentor and coach junior engineers on advanced Azure services, performance tuning, and cloud-native patterns • Collaborate with Data Architects to define data models, schemas, and integration patterns • Drive cloud cost optimization strategies, ensuring clients use the right services at the right scale • Evaluate and recommend new Azure tools and technologies for inclusion in Emergent Software’s offerings • Lead client advisory on data platform modernization, migration strategies (e.g., on-prem to Azure), and data engineering maturity • Contribute to thought leadership, such as blog posts, webinars, or speaking engagements on Azure data topics • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, or Azure Batch • Build and optimize data storage layers (Azure OneLake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics) for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data • Implement data transformation logic (ETL/ELT) using Spark, Python, SQL, or Azure Data Factory • Ensure data quality, validation, and lineage using tools like Azure Purview and integrate with governance frameworks • Collaborate with BI teams to prepare curated data models and tables for reporting in Power BI or downstream systems • Manage data security, privacy, and compliance (RBAC, encryption, sensitive data masking) across Azure services • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and cost efficiency using Azure Monitor and cost management tools • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data projects using Azure DevOps • Document data engineering solutions and adhere to Emergent Software’s delivery standards and Agile practices

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process • Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements • Maintain accurate revenue, margin, and expense reporting • Own and maintain ASC 606 revenue recognition policies • Review customer contracts for accounting implications • Manage accounting operations (AR, AP, GL) • Maintain internal controls and balance sheet reconciliations • Serve as a finance owner within NetSuite • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
