Sales Account Manager – Off-Price Retailer
Petra Brands
• Develop and execute annual sales plans for TJX, Ross, Burlington and other off-price chains • Identify assortment opportunities, exclusive pack-outs, and promotional windows to expand distribution • Lead virtual line reviews and seasonal reset presentations, showcasing trend insights and product stories • Negotiate pricing, terms, and off-invoice allowances to achieve margin and volume targets • Prepare and maintain accurate quote sheets, PO details, and shipment trackers in collaboration with Supply Chain • Monitor in-market inventory health and recommend reorders or clearance plans as needed • Partner with Design & Product teams to align assortments to off-price shopper preferences and packaging requirements • Provide timely sample feedback to factories, ensuring quality and on-brand execution • Build and maintain Excel dashboards (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to track sales performance, open orders, and promotional ROI • Deliver monthly off-price channel reports and insights to leadership
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in off-price wholesale sales or account management (strong preference for TJX/Ross/Burlington experience)
- Bachelor’s in Business, Sales or related field (or Associate’s + 3yrs relevant experience; 5yrs total sales experience)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and PowerPoint proficiency
- Familiarity with ERP or order-management systems preferred
