AI Solutions and Transformation Manager
NarraSoft
Role Description NarraSoft is transforming into an AI-first company, and we're looking for someone to help lead that journey. This is not a developer role, nor is it purely a product management role. We need someone who understands AI well enough to advise clients, influence internal teams, and help build new AI-powered services. You will become the face of our AI capability—working with leadership, developers, and clients to identify opportunities where AI can create real business value. Your mission is simple: Help NarraSoft become AI-ready, and help our clients do the same. What You'll Do - Lead NarraSoft's AI Transformation - Develop and execute our AI adoption strategy across the organization. - Identify where AI can improve productivity, quality, delivery, and client experience. - Work with department heads to implement AI best practices and new workflows. - Drive AI education and adoption across technical and non-technical teams. - Own Our AI Readiness Assessment Service - Design and deliver our AI Readiness Assessment offering for clients by: - Understanding their business model and operations. - Analyzing their existing technology stack and workflows. - Identifying AI opportunities and quick wins. - Assessing risks, implementation complexity, and ROI. - Producing executive-level reports and a practical implementation roadmap. - Presenting recommendations to client leadership with confidence and authority. - Build AI Products and Services - Work with leadership to define and improve offerings such as: - AI Readiness Assessments - AI Engineering Services - AI Development Pods - AI-powered workflow automation - AI copilots and assistants - Internal productivity solutions - Support Sales and Client Engagements - Partner with our commercial team by: - Joining discovery calls with prospective clients. - Translating business challenges into AI solutions. - Explaining AI concepts in simple, practical terms. - Building trust with executives and technical stakeholders alike. - Helping close strategic opportunities. Qualifications - Understands both business and technology. - Can confidently advise clients and senior stakeholders. - Thinks like a consultant, not just an engineer. - Can evaluate a business and identify where AI creates measurable value. - Is comfortable speaking to CEOs one day and developers the next. - Enjoys building new services rather than maintaining existing ones. - Takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity. Requirements - You don't need to be the best developer in the room, but you should understand: - Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) - AI-assisted software development - Workflow automation - APIs and integrations - Modern software development practices - Emerging AI tools and trends - Experience with platforms such as Cursor, n8n, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar is highly desirable. Success in This Role Within your first year, you will have: - Established NarraSoft's AI Readiness Assessment framework. - Led AI assessments for multiple clients. - Increased AI adoption across internal teams. - Helped launch new AI-powered service offerings. - Positioned NarraSoft as a trusted AI partner rather than simply a software outsourcing company. Who This Role Is Not For - Someone who only wants to code. - Someone who only wants to manage projects. - Someone who knows AI theory but has never applied it to solve business problems. - Someone who needs detailed instructions before taking initiative.
