Role Description The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects while serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact. Beyond execution, this role helps strengthen the partnership by identifying opportunities for growth, contributing product-level insight to client conversations, and maintaining the overall health of the relationship. The goal is not just to deliver projects, but to ensure clients feel supported, understood, and confident in the partnership. Key Responsibilities and Duties - Project Delivery - Plan and deliver assigned technical projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure alignment and smooth execution. - Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria when needed. - Facilitate key project ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. - Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, including status updates and risk tracking. - Client Relationship Management - Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders across both operational and leadership levels. - Communicate clearly and consistently, helping manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Keep a close pulse on client satisfaction and raise any risks or concerns early to the appropriate internal teams. - Opportunity Identification and Account Growth - Look for opportunities to expand engagements, whether through additional scope, new initiatives, or complementary services. - Proactively surface client needs, challenges, and priorities that may open up future opportunities. - Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Leadership to help qualify and move opportunities forward. - Support account planning efforts and contribute to long-term client retention and growth. - Product and Strategic Contribution - Bring a product mindset into client engagements, helping frame problems and define meaningful outcomes. - Take note and share patterns and insights that arise across different clients that can help improve internal processes, offerings, or direction. - Represent the client’s perspective internally, while ensuring we consistently uphold our standards in delivery. - Any other tasks that the company may deem necessary for the role.
