Role Description Director-level leadership role responsible for supporting product strategy, governance, and performance of FPM, Repair, and On-Demand. - Drives transition to a scalable, product-centric operating model enabling quarterly revenue and margin expansion. - Serves as single point of accountability for product performance across the Spares SBU. Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership: - Support the integrated product strategy across FPM, Repair, and On-Demand. - Define multi-year roadmap aligned to growth, margin, and cost objectives. - Support next-generation offerings and innovation. - Product Performance & Value Capture: - Support revenue growth, margin expansion, and value leakage reduction. - Establish product KPIs and executive reporting. - Work within the organization to retain/regain Spares business and support key account strategies. - Product Governance & Operating Model: - Implement product-centric operating model and governance frameworks. - Ensure execution discipline across organization. - Cross-Functional Leadership: - Help to align Sales, BD, Marketing, and Operations on key KPIs. - Drive integration across planning, logistics, pricing, and fulfillment. - Customer & Market Impact: - Enhance customer trust and service outcomes. - Drive adoption of FPM, Repair, and On-Demand offerings. - Team Leadership & Organizational Development: - Lead global team of PLMs and PMs. - Build organizational capability and scalability. - Drive talent and culture transformation. Qualifications - Required: - 12+ years in product management, supply chain, or semiconductor services. - Proven P&L and portfolio management experience. - Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities. - Preferred: - Experience with FPM, Repair, or service models. - Tier 1 customer exposure (TSMC, Samsung, Intel). - MBA or advanced technical degree. Requirements - Time Type: Full time - Employee Type: Assignee / Regular - Travel: Yes, 25% of the Time - Relocation Eligible: No Benefits - The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. - For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
