• Partner with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, Sales/Trading) to build and improve operational processes that support business growth under Japan's regulatory framework • Coordinate with global product teams to assess product requirements, identify regulatory or operational gaps, and ensure launches comply with local requirements • Apply a structured approach to product governance and oversight of daily exchange operations • Assess business demands, identify gaps, and provide practical solutions and implementation recommendations • Build and maintain reporting frameworks for critical business metrics (weekly/monthly) • Support regulatory and compliance-related operational requirements as needed

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or strategy — preferably within a crypto exchange, fintech, or financial institution
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory
  • Solid understanding of Japan's regulatory and business environment, particularly in financial services
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and drive execution under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across both global and local teams
  • Professional-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)

Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Operations Analyst in Ireland. The Senior Product Operations Analyst owns the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. Based in the PMO, the role brings structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases, shaping how demand is raised, assessed and progressed. - Organise existing demand and define clear standards for intake, documentation, and prioritisation. - Ensure all work is complete, governed, and ready before entering the backlog. - Act as the single control point to rationalise inputs from multiple sources and maintain one trusted view of all demand and in‑flight work. - Drive accountability across Product Owners and stakeholders to keep data accurate and work moving. - Design and embed interim processes for intake, tracking, and reporting where tooling is still evolving. - Partner with IT and the Product Model Centre of Excellence to translate operational needs into system requirements. - Lead the transition to a fully system‑enabled operating model. - Provide clear reporting to highlight demand levels, backlog health, and delivery performance. - Operate with high autonomy and clear outcomes, requiring strong judgement, initiative, and confidence in ambiguous environments.
