Role Description Como Global Software Product Owner, formarás parte del equipo digital global de Generation, organización presente en 17 países, con la responsabilidad de co-liderar la evolución de una plataforma customizada en Salesforce que impacta directamente en la empleabilidad de jóvenes a nivel mundial. Tu misión: traducir necesidades operativas y de usuario en productos digitales escalables, bien documentados y orientados a resultados, colaborando con Engineering Leads, Designers y stakeholders globales. - Definir y mantener la visión de producto, roadmap priorizado y criterios de éxito alineados a la estrategia digital global. - Liderar procesos de discovery: investigación con usuarios, prototipado, validación y traducción de insights en épicas e historias de usuario de alta calidad. - Gestionar el backlog en Jira bajo metodología Scrum (sprints de 2 semanas), liderando sesiones de grooming y planificación con el equipo de desarrollo. - Generar documentación end-to-end: artefactos de producto, guías de usuario y cierres de proyecto en Atlassian. - Monitorear métricas de uso con Heap y Clarity, definir KPIs y construir dashboards para la toma de decisiones informadas. - Planificar y ejecutar rollouts de producto coordinando con operaciones, asegurando adopción efectiva en todos los países afiliados. - Supervisar estándares de QA y rendimiento post-lanzamiento, impulsando mejora continua. - Colaborar con equipos multiculturales y distribuidos (incluyendo sincronías con equipos en distintas zonas horarias). Qualifications - Experiencia como Product Owner o Product Manager sobre plataformas digitales, preferentemente Salesforce u otros entornos SaaS/CRM customizados. - Dominio de Jira (gestión de backlog y sprints), LucidChart (flujos de usuario/negocio) y Dovetail (investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa). - Experiencia con herramientas de analítica de producto: Heap, Mixpanel y/o Clarity. - Manejo del framework Scrum y ciclo de vida completo de desarrollo de software. - Capacidad para generar documentación técnica y funcional de producto de extremo a extremo. - Inglés Avanzado (INDISPENSABLE).
