• Support billing, Profit and Loss Statement review • Apply revenue standard ASC 606 to projects • Assist with project set up within Oracle system • Review contract terms and set up project codes, revenue methods, billing formulas in Oracle accounting system • Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments • Preparing and reviewing invoices • Client management including communication with project managers and clients as needed • Prepare and post journal entries related to project costs, revenues, and adjustments • Show initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing required changes • Assist with external audits providing documentation and explanations as needed • Handle more complex projects and assist other project accountants • Assist Revenue Manager with ad hoc reporting • Other duties as assigned.

• Prepare and review individual, business, and/or entity tax returns (depending on complexity level) • Manage multiple concurrent tax engagements with varying deadlines throughout the season • Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax regulations • Communicate directly with internal teams and clients as needed • Support tax planning and advisory work where applicable • Work closely with audit and accounting teams for integrated client needs • Maintain high-quality work standards and meet strict deadlines • Leverage tax software and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy • Stay updated on US tax law changes and industry best practices

Role Description Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Accountant with a strong background in Project Accounting to join our growing and dynamic team. • Support the company’s global accounting function through US GAAP/IFRS application • Research and document accounting conclusions for complex/non-routine transactions • Prepare technical accounting memos • Monitor and assess impact of new accounting standards • Ensure consistency of accounting policies across global entities • Assist in preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting • Partner with Tax and external advisors on transfer pricing • Review non-standard contracts and advise on accounting implications • Support external audit process through preparation of technical documentation • Maintain robust documentation supporting accounting positions
