Marketing Operations Specialist
Remote Talent LATAM
• Manage and update project workflows and task management in Asana across multiple client accounts • Schedule and publish content across platforms on behalf of clients • Set up and deploy email marketing campaigns, primarily through HubSpot or similar CRM platforms • Maintain and update existing marketing dashboards and reports; flag performance trends to the founder • Perform basic WordPress website updates as needed • Handle CRM data entry, list management, and general database hygiene • Coordinate with contractors and client-side teams to keep deliverables on track • Conduct quality assurance and proofing on outgoing materials • Support documentation and process management to keep internal operations consistent • Provide general marketing and administrative support as the business requires
Job Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal**
- 4-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
- Broad digital marketing knowledge across email, content, reporting, and basic paid media
- Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot strongly preferred
- Comfortable working asynchronously and managing priorities independently
- Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Asana
- Nice to Have**
- Experience with WordPress (basic updates and content publishing)
- Familiarity with Canva for light design and content support
- Exposure to marketing reporting and dashboard tools
- Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations

Role Description We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who leads with AI, not just uses it. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, platform operations, and data quality inside Marketo and our broader MarTech stack. The difference from a traditional MarOps hire is how work gets done. You'll be expected to use AI tools, prompting workflows, and automation-first thinking to handle what used to require brute-force manual effort. Responsibilities include: - Building campaigns - Maintaining data hygiene - Troubleshooting integrations - Writing copy drafts - Generating QA checklists - Identifying anomalies in funnel data The ideal person here is technically grounded, fast-moving, and genuinely curious about how AI tools are reshaping the way marketing teams operate. • Assist the B2C Marketing team by executing pre-defined campaign setup tasks in our email marketing platform and ad platforms. Follow established playbooks and checklists to configure campaigns, build audience segments, and QA sends under close direction from senior team members. • Complete recurring, process-driven tasks across marketing tools (e.g., list uploads, template creation, basic tagging, and campaign scheduling). Follow standard operating procedures set by the Sr Marketing Ops Manager; escalate technical issues or judgment calls upward. Does not include cross-functional alignment with Product or Engineering, or independent decision-making on data flows. • Help monitor basic integrations and flag issues in our marketing tech stack for resolution by senior ops or engineering. Assist with routine maintenance tasks under guidance. Manage the day-to-day working relationship with our vendors when issues may arise and help coordinate with internal teams on action plans. • Partner with the data team to pull standard performance reports for Marketing leadership on a scheduled basis as well as ad-hoc campaign reporting.
