• Take full ownership of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, creative, content, SEO, email marketing, paid media, and web development, to support marketing strategies with well-defined goals. • Ensure professionalism in all aspects of the role, including delivering high-quality work, maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and team members, and conducting oneself with integrity. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new platform features, proactively incorporating them into strategies and campaigns as appropriate. • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights, action items, and KPIs, to both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on clarity and actionable recommendations. • Continuously analyze marketing campaign data to optimize performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive results. • Confidently speak to clients, manage expectations, and contain the social skills necessary to transfer your confidence into them.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Performance Marketer, demonstrating creativity and proactive problem-solving.
- Professional certification in Google Ads and Meta ads required.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, etc.).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness.
- Experience managing a minimum of $50k per month in marketing budget.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, LinkedIn, and GA4 required.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Liquid (Shopify) is a plus.

Sales Account Manager – Off-Price Retailer

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for TJX, Ross, Burlington and other off-price chains • Identify assortment opportunities, exclusive pack-outs, and promotional windows to expand distribution • Lead virtual line reviews and seasonal reset presentations, showcasing trend insights and product stories • Negotiate pricing, terms, and off-invoice allowances to achieve margin and volume targets • Prepare and maintain accurate quote sheets, PO details, and shipment trackers in collaboration with Supply Chain • Monitor in-market inventory health and recommend reorders or clearance plans as needed • Partner with Design & Product teams to align assortments to off-price shopper preferences and packaging requirements • Provide timely sample feedback to factories, ensuring quality and on-brand execution • Build and maintain Excel dashboards (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to track sales performance, open orders, and promotional ROI • Deliver monthly off-price channel reports and insights to leadership
• Exceed quota for referral leads and closed opportunities that Verndale refers to our partners. • Exceed quota for revenue that results from inbound partner leads. • Execute a successful partnership strategy to grow Verndale’s market share. • Be the face of Verndale to our partners, own relationships with relevant partner stakeholders, act as day-to-day contact. • Drive monthly and quarterly results meetings. • Report on results both internally and with partners. • Liaise with Marketing to identify co-branded campaigns w/partners that drive bi-directional lead flow. • Liaise with Verndale & Partner field sales reps to facilitate tactical joint selling activities, increase Verndale mindshare at the field & sales management levels. • Assist in finding new potential partners that align with and/or complement Verndale’s business model. • Develop a deep understanding of Partner product lines and market trends.
