ŌURA

• Own the overarching events and activations strategy across Oura’s commercial business, partnership portfolio, and major consumer-facing brand moments. • Build the long-term vision for how events support Oura’s commercial growth, healthcare credibility, partnership strategy, premium brand positioning, and member relevance. • Define the prioritization framework for where Oura should show up, why, at what investment level, and what outcomes are required for success across both B2B and consumer-facing activations. • Operate as the senior leader and decision-maker across event investments, activation strategy, staffing models, agency partnerships, and resource allocation. • Build and lead a high-performing events function over time, including hiring, managing, mentoring, and developing event team members as the organization scales. • Establish clear operating models, processes, and cross-functional ways of working that improve alignment, speed, accountability, and execution quality across the organization. • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for commercial events, sports partnership activations, hospitality programs, and major consumer-facing experiences, including budgeting, vendor and agency management, staffing, production oversight, executive support, and post-event analysis.

Job Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing, integrated marketing, or brand activations, ideally within health tech, consumer tech, wellness, sports, healthcare, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling event functions and managing high-performing teams.
  • Significant experience owning complex event portfolios that include conferences, executive programs, hospitality, experiential activations, and multi-stakeholder brand moments.
  • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to determine not just how to execute events, but where Oura should invest and what role each event should play within the business.
  • Demonstrated success operating cross-functionally with executive leadership, Commercial, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, PR/Comms, and external partners.
  • Exceptional operational rigor and organizational leadership across budgets, vendors, timelines, staffing, agencies, and concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring business impact, and translating results into recommendations and future strategy.
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and leadership skills with the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and develop teams.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, production partners, and large-scale event budgets.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
