• Lead high profile and complex cross border and sensitive investigations that directly interface with clients to present findings in an organized, concise and timely fashion • Excellent writing skills using critical thinking to write logically and fluently; experience writing investigative reports and/or trial/appellate briefs • Manage project profitability, cost control, revenue projections, and employee productivity • Develop client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive matters • Support practice growth through business development and market engagement • Ensure that client objectives and expectations are met in a timely manner by responding urgently to high profile matters.

- J.D. required
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, digital assets, and various digital investigation tools such as Maltego
- Big Law, prominent boutique law firm, US Attorneys’ Office or other prosecutorial experience or former Federal Agent with extensive trial experience
- Experience in managing multiple large and high profile, complex, cross border matters
- Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and expand business
- Experience handling urgent, high-visibility, or sensitive matters
