Role Description Du bist als Business Intelligence Spezialist für die Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten zuständig. Du erarbeitest zusammen mit den Fachbereichen und der IT-Datenextraktion Szenarien aus und setzt diese um. Des Weiteren bist du dafür verantwortlich, die verschiedenen Datenquellen anzubinden, aufzubereiten und für die Visualisierung vorzubereiten oder auch zu visualisieren. Im besten Falle bringst du sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft BI-Stack mit und hast auch schon erste Erfahrung in Cloud Technologien machen können. • Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement • Complete requirements for other metrics and reporting • Accept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner • Create and maintain billing templates • Develop audit process for monthly billing reconciliation • Provide consultative information to client services teams around process & workflows that impact reporting and billing • Analyze dashboards on weekly basis and provide key findings to Client Services Manager or Client Services Director • Monitor trends and make appropriate recommendations • Establish and utilize documented reporting policies that meet reporting and business goals of account leader • Reach out proactively to the client teams on a weekly basis to understand their reporting needs in the upcoming week • Facilitate ongoing discussions with client services leaders to eliminate non value-add reporting • Other duties as assigned

• Collect, clean, consolidate and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources • Perform database inquiries, compile and analyze data, identify trends, and furnish statistical analyses and reports on service delivery • Present findings in clear, concise formats tailored to different audiences • Create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations using Power BI and other Microsoft tools to support decision-making • Automate reporting process to improve efficiency and accuracy • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support leadership requests • Establish procedures to ensure the accurate and efficient collection and entry of data into reporting system • Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, including a dictionary, reports, and analysis processes • Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices • Recommend improvements to existing processes based on data insights and collaborating with teams to improve system performance • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

• The Business Analyst will work in conjunction with the Analytics team to develop functional technical requirements at Cornerstone. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize analytics and reporting needs. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Maintain structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and backlog items in alignment with Agile practices. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to analyze requirements, identify patterns, and accelerate documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria). • Perform lightweight data analysis and exploratory validation using SQL, Excel, or other tools. • Develop quick-turn, non-complex reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and SQL, and leverage AI-assisted features to accelerate dashboard creation, enhance visualizations, and enable natural language-based data exploration. • Support stakeholders with self-service analytics solutions and rapid insights. • Validate data accuracy across UAT and production environments. • Utilize AI-enabled analytics capabilities to accelerate data exploration, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. • Act as a liaison between business users, data engineers, and developers. • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including IT, Data Warehouse, and Operations. • Facilitate requirement discussions, backlog grooming sessions, and alignment meetings. • Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). • Manage and prioritize backlog items in tools such as Azure DevOps. • Ensure deliverables align with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. • Support iterative development and continuous improvement of analytics solutions. • Develop and execute test plans and test scenarios for analytics solutions. • Lead or support UAT activities, ensuring business readiness and validation. • Manage defects, issues, and enhancements through structured tracking processes. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems. • Ensure analytics solutions deliver measurable business value and adoption. • Identify and address data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. • Promote best practices in data governance, quality, and reporting standards. • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and delivery efficiency through AI adoption.
