Role Description The Manager, Product Management, Provider Solutions is focused on PPS analytics and our clinical platform solutions. This role is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of provider-facing products, with a primary focus on PPS Analytics, our proprietary clinical technology platform. This role ensures solutions are intuitive, clinically relevant, and improve provider workflows, efficiency, and patient care outcomes. The role operates with a strong voice-of-customer mindset and leverages agile methodologies to continuously deliver value. As a people manager, the Manager must stay current on material developments in their industry and manage performance of direct reports. Responsibilities - Defines and executes product vision, strategy, and roadmap for provider-facing technologies - Owns prioritization and backlog management aligned to provider needs and business goals - Acts as the voice of the customer by continuously gathering, synthesizing, and advocating for provider and care team feedback - Manages relationships and partners with clinicians, navigators, and operations to deeply understand workflow challenges and opportunities - Translates user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and deliverables - Works within an agile development framework, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative releases - Collaborates with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions - Drives adoption, usability, and provider satisfaction across tools - Monitors product performance and iterate based on feedback, data, and outcomes - Collaborates cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success teams - Manages a team of direct reports and participates in processes for hiring, onboarding, and performance management, including leadership of competency evaluations process and documentation. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience, preferred - Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred - Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience, highly preferred - Experience building, managing, or supporting clinical technologies, including provider-facing platforms and workflow tools - Strong understanding of clinical systems such as EMR/EHR and their role in care delivery and decision-making - Experience developing products that surface actionable clinical insights at the point of care - Proven ability to translate clinical data into meaningful, user-friendly features that support provider decision-making - Familiarity with clinical workflows and how technology can improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient outcomes - Ability to identify opportunities to embed insights, alerts, or decision support into provider workflows - Understanding of care pathways, quality measures, and how insights can drive adherence to best practices - Experience using data and user feedback to iteratively improve clinical product performance and impact - Experience working in agile/scrum environments and managing product backlogs - Strong commitment to voice-of-customer principles and user-centered design - Entrepreneurial personality with a bias for action and works well under pressure - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, think strategically, and drive organizational goals - Prior experience hiring and developing a team of direct reports, preferred - Ability to travel up to 15% domestically Key Competencies - Provider-centric product thinking - Voice of customer advocacy - Agile product execution - Strategic prioritization - Cross-functional leadership - Data-driven decision making Location This position can be remote and based anywhere within the United States.
