Job Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in management consulting or enterprise deployment strategy roles serving retail and CPG clients
- Real retail, CPG, or FMCG industry experience — either through consulting engagements or as an operator
- Proven C-level stakeholder management — credible presenting to COOs, CFOs, and boards independently
- Business case structuring and ROI measurement — can build outcome-based proof packs for executive audiences
- Experience with enterprise process transformation programs spanning multiple business units
- Familiarity with automation or AI platform deployments (RPA, workflow tools, or similar) preferred
- Hungry, driven, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment without a fully defined playbook
- Business-focused mindset — this is not a technical or engineering role

Role Description The Document Processor plays a key role in supporting student enrollment by ensuring all required enrollment documents are collected, reviewed, and processed accurately and efficiently. This is a high-volume, phone-intensive role that requires strong organization, persistence, and comfort managing a large number of student records simultaneously. The role involves direct outreach to prospective students, collaboration with internal teams, and close coordination with Enrollment Counselors, Site Directors, prospective students (Graduate Candidates), and parents/guardians to ensure all documentation is collected, tracked, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating at high volume across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities - Conduct approximately 100 inbound and outbound calls per day to request, follow up on, and verify required enrollment documentation. - Collect, track, and process all required enrollment documents for prospective students applying to earn their high school diploma at one of our nationwide network of academies. - Conduct outreach to applicants via phone, email, and text to ensure timely document submission. - Coordinate with enrollment counselors, prospective students, and their guardians to obtain the required enrollment documents. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal CRM and student information systems. - Manage multiple student files and application pipelines simultaneously, proactively following up on missing or incomplete documentation. - Perform heavy database management, documentation updates, and records processing daily. - Conduct general data analysis to support application pipeline reporting and process tracking. - Ensure compliance with contact strategies, organizational policies, and applicable data privacy regulations. - Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline document collection and process workflows.
