Role Description We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC / eDocument Consultant to support a multi-country e-invoicing and electronic document compliance rollout. This position will be Full-Time and Remote for a 6–12-month contract. - Lead configuration and implementation of SAP DRC across multiple country rollouts simultaneously. - Design and configure country-specific eDocument scenarios within the DRC Cockpit, including output channels, document types, and transmission workflows. - Integrate SAP DRC with SAP BTP, external government/tax authority platforms, and Peppol network access points. - Collaborate with SD and Billing functional teams to ensure accurate eDocument generation from sales and billing transactions. - Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into SAP configuration. - Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities across each country deployment. - Serve as subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on compliance requirements and solution design decisions. - Produce configuration documentation, functional specs, and knowledge transfer materials. Qualifications - 8+ years of SAP implementation experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on SAP DRC or the legacy eDocument framework. - Demonstrated experience with multi-country global rollouts, specifically in Europe and/or the Middle East. - Hands-on experience with Peppol network integration and country-specific access point configuration. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and Billing (OTC cycle, billing document types, output determination). - Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite as they relate to DRC connectivity. - Working knowledge of e-invoicing regulatory frameworks in France, Germany, and/or UAE. - Experience with SAP ECC preferred; SAP S/4HANA experience with DRC add-on acceptable. Requirements - Experience with SAP DRC Cloud Edition preferred. - Prior engagement with tax technology or indirect tax compliance teams (VAT, GST). - Ability to work across time zones supporting European and Middle Eastern project teams. Physical Demands - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. - Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor. - Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person. - Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• O consultor será responsável por mapear, configurar e sustentar o sistema de folha de pagamento de uma organização. • Ele atua na intersecção entre Recursos Humanos, tecnologia e legislação trabalhista, garantindo o cálculo correto de proventos, descontos, férias e encargos • Principais Responsabilidades: • Parametrização do Sistema: Configuração de regras de cálculo, esquemas de folha, processamento de médias, férias e rescisões. • Conformidade Legal: Garantir que o sistema esteja alinhado às leis trabalhistas vigentes e obrigações (como o eSocial no Brasil). • Integração: Conectar o módulo PY (Payroll) com outras áreas, como Administração de Pessoal (PA), Gestão de Tempos (PT) e Benefícios (BN). • Suporte e Treinamento: Atendimento a chamados (tickets), correção de erros nos cálculos da folha e capacitação de usuários-chave. • Documentação: Criação de especificações funcionais e manuais para melhorias e desenvolvimentos customizados.

• Recording and qualification of technical requirements from tenders and workshops at the customer's site • Development of IT solution concepts and documentation in specifications and business blueprints • Realization of solution concepts with the focus on SAP EWM and connected SAP modules • Creation of test cases, support of tests at the customer, cutover and change management activities • Conducting trainings • Qualified support for solutions implemented at our customers

• Lead requirements workshops and translate S&OP, demand, and supply planning processes into IBP solution designs • Configure and deploy IBP modules • Own the integration architecture • Build planning views and dashboards • Define the overall solution blueprint • Lead testing cycles and knowledge transfer • Mentor junior consultants
