Role Description We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM/CM consultant to support customer management optimization and the development of SAP CX solutions for public sector projects. This role combines consulting, development, and hands-on implementation, with opportunities to work remotely or on-site at client locations. - Analyze and optimize customer-management processes and develop solutions in classic SAP CRM, S/4HANA CM (the successor to SAP CRM), and SAP CX. - Lead implementations of SAP UI5 and S/4HANA. - Act as an expert, delivering creative solutions to process and technical questions. - Learn our differentiators and drive IT and digitalization projects with clients. - In long-term projects with varied tasks, continuously expand your knowledge and participate in our talent development program. - Work remotely and on-site at client locations. - On your career path, gradually take on additional responsibilities; depending on qualifications, you can advance toward (sub-)project management, Team Lead, Account Manager, IT Architect, or Product Owner roles. Qualifications - Completed studies in Business Informatics or a comparable technical qualification. - Experience in consulting and programming SAP CRM / SAP CM components. - Passion for mapping customer needs in SAP CRM/CM. - Several years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP OO programming. - Enjoys working as part of a strong team and values direct client interaction in a professional setting. - Team player with a methodical and independent work style. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience. Role Description We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC / eDocument Consultant to support a multi-country e-invoicing and electronic document compliance rollout. This position will be Full-Time and Remote for a 6–12-month contract. - Lead configuration and implementation of SAP DRC across multiple country rollouts simultaneously. - Design and configure country-specific eDocument scenarios within the DRC Cockpit, including output channels, document types, and transmission workflows. - Integrate SAP DRC with SAP BTP, external government/tax authority platforms, and Peppol network access points. - Collaborate with SD and Billing functional teams to ensure accurate eDocument generation from sales and billing transactions. - Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into SAP configuration. - Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities across each country deployment. - Serve as subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on compliance requirements and solution design decisions. - Produce configuration documentation, functional specs, and knowledge transfer materials. Qualifications - 8+ years of SAP implementation experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on SAP DRC or the legacy eDocument framework. - Demonstrated experience with multi-country global rollouts, specifically in Europe and/or the Middle East. - Hands-on experience with Peppol network integration and country-specific access point configuration. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and Billing (OTC cycle, billing document types, output determination). - Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite as they relate to DRC connectivity. - Working knowledge of e-invoicing regulatory frameworks in France, Germany, and/or UAE. - Experience with SAP ECC preferred; SAP S/4HANA experience with DRC add-on acceptable. Requirements - Experience with SAP DRC Cloud Edition preferred. - Prior engagement with tax technology or indirect tax compliance teams (VAT, GST). - Ability to work across time zones supporting European and Middle Eastern project teams.
