Senior Product Manager, OX Retention – Expansion
Fundraise Up
• Retention and expansion growth across active organizations • Average Processing Volume (APV) / ARR per Active Customer • Cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities • Retention and expansion roadmap (6–12 months / 2027 horizon) • Discovery pipeline (qualitative & quantitative) • Identification of churn signals and expansion opportunities • Concept development and validation before delivery • Cross-functional retention and monetization initiatives • Adoption blocker identification and resolution prioritization • Scale / iterate / kill decisions based on initiative outcomes • North Star metrics and metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization outcomes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
- Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
- Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
- Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
- Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
- Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations
- Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Fluent English (C1+).

• Develop a clear product vision for the ERP system • Analyze and prioritize requirements from various business units • Take responsibility for evolving the product backlog and maintaining priorities, dependencies, and progress • Create a transparent and realistic roadmap for the further development of the ERP environment • Provide transparency about ongoing developments and promote clear communication • Support releases from planning through go-live • Collect feedback from business units and identify opportunities for optimization • Responsible for the strategic and operational development of the product
• Own all product development for supporting, and improving our SEO efforts. • Develop and implement a forward-looking SEO strategy to substantially grow top-of-funnel user acquisition • Lead technical SEO initiatives spanning site architecture, internal linking, crawl efficiency, schema markup, index health & more • Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Category teams to embed SEO into platform development • Create the ideal user flows to retain acquired users and explain to SEO users what Reddit is about • Develop frameworks for optimizing structured data, content signals, and entity authority for LLM discoverability
• Bring innovative Product ideas—and bring them to life. • Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way. • Rapidly produce and launch concepts while laughing in the face of potential failure. • Serve as the go-to liaison with cross-functional and creative partners. Define initiative-level roadmaps of supporting workstreams to ensure work delivers on goals and your deadlines are met. • Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects and ensure the right stakeholders and cross-functional team members are involved at the right time. You’ll document decisions and action items and follow up with owners on commitments. • Learn and become a guardian of the Solace brand and user expectations, upholding standards and best practices across every touchpoint.
