Staff Product Manager, Growth
Reddit, Inc.
• Own all product development for supporting, and improving our SEO efforts. • Develop and implement a forward-looking SEO strategy to substantially grow top-of-funnel user acquisition • Lead technical SEO initiatives spanning site architecture, internal linking, crawl efficiency, schema markup, index health & more • Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Category teams to embed SEO into platform development • Create the ideal user flows to retain acquired users and explain to SEO users what Reddit is about • Develop frameworks for optimizing structured data, content signals, and entity authority for LLM discoverability
Job Requirements
- A foundational understanding of the SEO ecosystem
- Expertise in technical SEO at scale (large site architecture, programmatic SEO, structured data, crawl optimization)
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years working as a product manager
- Experience delivering / partnering with cross functional teams to deliver complex and scaled projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in applied statistical analysis
- Experience directly driving execution across all aspects of product development cycle
- Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally and without direct authority.
