Product Owner, ERP

NatuGena

• Develop a clear product vision for the ERP system • Analyze and prioritize requirements from various business units • Take responsibility for evolving the product backlog and maintaining priorities, dependencies, and progress • Create a transparent and realistic roadmap for the further development of the ERP environment • Provide transparency about ongoing developments and promote clear communication • Support releases from planning through go-live • Collect feedback from business units and identify opportunities for optimization • Responsible for the strategic and operational development of the product

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within an agile environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally MyFactory) or eCommerce/digital platforms
  • Experience actively shaping structures and processes in growth-oriented companies
  • Product Owner certification (e.g., PSPO from Scrum.org, SAFe POPM, or equivalent)
  • Confident user of Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and structured working style, able to maintain an overview even in complex situations
  • Ability to bring together diverse stakeholders and develop collaborative solutions
  • Enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving topics forward sustainably
  • Experience in the dietary supplements (NEM) industry is a plus but not required
