Job Description

Head of Sales

consider it GmbH

• You are responsible for the operational leadership and continued development of the sales function at consider funding. • This includes in particular: managing and improving the sales pipeline, including forecasting • Responsibility for revenue development, deal closures and RPE (revenue per employee) for the sales department • Ensuring accurate CRM data maintenance in HubSpot • Motivating, coordinating and coaching the sales team • Further development of existing sales structures, processes and routines • Reporting to management and deriving concrete measures from the numbers • Close coordination with Marketing, funding specialists and company leadership • Further development of the sales strategy, including multiplier management • Market and competitor monitoring • Involvement in and support of meaningful new hires within the sales team

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a lead or comparable sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and sales metrics
  • Solid closing fundamentals and the ability to coach others to improve
  • Excellent verbal skills and persuasive communication
  • Analytical thinking and enjoyment of data-driven sales management
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Leadership skills, coaching ability and a good sense of team dynamics
  • Goal-oriented, structured and independent working style
  • High drive for results and a genuine will to succeed
  • Growth mindset and a desire to actively develop structures
  • Fluent German and good English skills
