Supervisor, Vendor Management
Knowledge Anywhere
• Ensures successful national vendor management implementations including workflow process development, performance metric development and maintenance, operational issue management resolution for ongoing relationships, planned initiatives to achieve cost savings for direct operations or national centralization initiatives. • Establish and maintain national agreements including SOWs and MSAs and national BPO with a responsibility to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance for assigned implementations. • Support existing vendor and SOW updates and provide training to local teams to ensure compliance and standardization. • Negotiating product pricing and contracts • Ensure company requirements for due diligence and risk assessment monitoring are being accomplished. • Troubleshoot vendor problems. • Collaborate with IT to assure vendor partners are effectively managed and maintained access to our systems. • Support to explore expansion across new business lines.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience managing the vendor lifecycle for multiple vendor partners preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume sales or process heavy service operations environment (call center, fulfillment, logistics, etc.) or industry/domain experience (mortgage, real estate, brokerage)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience driving measurable improvements in service levels and delivering cost optimization initiatives.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good research skills

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Rexel, USA team! This position will be Remote! The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, reviewing branch assortment with assigned branches, managing and improving Branch/Customer Solutions Center in-stock fill rates by monitoring inventory levels and adjusting replenishment settings for its assigned vendors and regional distribution network and/or branches. The Senior Procurement Specialist reviews, adjusts and executes daily recommended replenishment orders. The role is also responsible for expediting open POs and managing cost, quantity and defective issues with vendors.
