Role Description We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Engagement Manager to own and grow relationships with some of the largest companies in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises with 100,000+ employees across the globe. These are flagship, high-visibility partnerships, and how you run them shapes the way a global brand experiences Goodera. This isn’t a traditional account-management role, and it isn’t a desk job. You’ll be the senior face of these accounts, and the person who makes their volunteering programs actually happen: - The advisor your clients call first - The strategist behind the program - The operator on the ground when events come to life You’ll pull together Goodera’s global delivery teams, and you’ll be there in person to run the room, manage day-of execution, and solve problems as they come up. The work sits where relationship-building, program strategy, and hands-on execution meet. You’ll partner closely with our Operations, Supply, Content, and host teams to keep every engagement on track. Responsibilities - Own the relationship - Act as a lead for your portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building lasting trust with key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Advise clients on their social impact strategy, bringing a senior, consultative voice to every conversation. - Nurture long-term relationships that set these accounts up for renewal and growth. - Run events on the ground - Own the execution of critical events on-site from start to finish: Coordinate on-site logistics with our operations and host teams, from materials and check-in through to wrap-up. - Roll up your sleeves to solve problems in real time, adapt quickly when plans change, and do what it takes to deliver a great experience. - Be the senior Goodera presence in the room for clients, volunteers, and nonprofit partners. - Shape the strategy and delivery - Build and run tailored account plans aligned to each client’s goals, metrics, and impact ambitions, turning one-off events into year-round programs. - Coordinate Goodera’s program, operations, supply, content, and host teams to plan and deliver large-scale volunteering events, owning timelines, logistics, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff to recap. - Hold a high bar for quality and a smooth experience at every participant touchpoint. - Track performance - Monitor program health and key metrics such as participation, satisfaction, impact, and cost efficiency, and turn them into clear stories for clients and internal teams. - Spot risks and delivery gaps early, and resolve them with urgency and clear communication. - Collaborate across teams - Be the voice of the client inside Goodera, shaping how we improve our platform, playbooks, and event experience. - Grow your craft - Be a solutions and industry expert, guiding clients on best practices and program design. - Build deep familiarity with Goodera’s business, infrastructure, and resources. Qualifications - 3+ years in engagement management, enterprise account management, client success, strategy, consulting, or a senior client-facing role, ideally with large, complex accounts in a startup setting. - A hands-on operator who is energized by being on-site and running live events, not managing only from behind a desk. - A track record of owning enterprise relationships and delivering measurable results in retention, growth, or strategic impact. - A natural relationship builder and storyteller with strong executive presence, comfortable leading client rooms and senior conversations. - Excellent project management instincts, with the ability to create structure across several concurrent workstreams. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to any audience. - An ownership mindset and the ability to manage a valued book of business independently. - Comfortable in the thick of live events: on your feet, problem-solving, and staying calm when plans change. - Genuine passion for social impact and for bringing people together to do good. - Experience executing events end-to-end, with the instinct to anticipate problems and the resourcefulness to fix them on the fly. - Background in CSR, employee engagement, or events is a plus. Requirements - Travel is part of this role. You should be comfortable traveling up to 40% for client and event moments. - Since this is a hands-on, event-facing role, you’ll need flexibility around event days, including the occasional evening or weekend. - We’re a global team with a global client base, so some schedule flexibility is a must: Monday through Friday, with occasional availability before or after standard hours when needed.
