Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA is responsible for owning and executing Duetto’s regional marketing strategy across EMEA — driving integrated, high-impact programs that align with revenue goals and accelerate pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of field marketing, demand generation, and sales alignment, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities - Own and lead the EMEA marketing plan in collaboration with Sales, the Growth Marketing team, and other key stakeholders. - Lead the strategic execution of the EMEA marketing plan, partnering cross-functionally with global teams in events, digital, content, and creative to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact, integrated marketing programs. - Oversee the strategy, promotion, and execution of all owned and third-party events in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with regional goals and measurable business impact. - Serve as the senior marketing lead for the EMEA sales organization, ensuring tight alignment between marketing initiatives and regional revenue goals. - Take control of the marketing mix within the region to blend leading-edge technology and go-to-market knowledge and expertise to craft compelling digital journeys, effective and highly targeted paid campaigns alongside high-impact field marketing initiatives. - Own ongoing communication with EMEA sales leaders and teams, delivering clear visibility into marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and pipeline impact. - Develop and operationalize scalable processes for repeatable sales and marketing initiatives such as webinars, customer events, and ABM campaigns, driving efficiency and consistency across the region. - Establish and track campaign success metrics and evaluate marketing performance based on outcomes and pre-set KPIs against all marketing activities. - Work across the team to gain a mastery of our target markets and lead the qualification criteria. - Translate global marketing initiatives into projects that are relevant to EMEA markets. - Represent Duetto at industry events. - Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software field marketing or a transferable marketing area. - Experience in a range of marketing disciplines and delivery channels, including digital, design, social, partner, customer, product, and events. - Expert project and budget management capabilities. - Analytical and strategic with the ability to deliver localized marketing plans by region. - Creative both in concepts and ideas, and in approach to business and project management. - Highly organized with strong attention to operational detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid track record of managing communications across multiple stakeholders and at various levels in an organization. - Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for content creation, research, campaign ideation, and workflow automation; with an eye toward expanding AI-assisted capabilities as tooling matures. - English required; French, Spanish, German, or Italian language skills a strong asset.
