Role Description We’re looking for a high-performing, results-driven sales professional to join our team and own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract close and successful implementation. What You’ll Do - Prospect & Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and targeted outreach to travel and procurement decision-makers. - Build Lasting Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored corporate travel solutions that drive value. - Manage the Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking opportunities from initial contact to close. - Win Business: Lead compelling proposals and RFP responses, negotiate competitive programs, and close deals while ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and client success teams. - Represent TI Excellence: Stay current on our products, services, and industry trends to confidently position Travel Incorporated as the superior partner in a competitive market. - Collaborate & Strategize: Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success to deliver seamless client experiences and provide leadership with clear pipeline forecasts. Qualifications - 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in corporate travel management, hospitality, or related industries. - Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. - Strong network and industry knowledge (GBTA chapter membership or established corporate travel contacts a big plus). - Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience. - Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM (Salesforce experience strongly preferred), and virtual meeting tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional, polished presence. Requirements - Location: Ideally based in Ohio or surrounding states.
