Job Requirements
- You have either formally or informally served as a tech lead/mentor/coach for a team of software engineers working on a Saas platform for 2+ years.
- You have led technical initiatives in an environment where performance, reliability, and accuracy are paramount and where “feature development” and roadmaps are measured in months and quarters.
- You have significant full stack programming experience including experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS software architecture, and modern programming languages
- You have a product-oriented mindset and care deeply about the customers and the customer experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)

Role Description We’re looking for a Workflow Builder that will pull together and construct the data, models and workflows to underpin our business.
