About the role Be at the forefront of a major digital transformation at Australian Red Cross as our Data Migration Manager within the IT Application Delivery team. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the end-to-end data migration strategy for the Client Services and Billing System (FFS) program—critical to enabling our transition to a modern, fee-for-service operating model. You’ll drive the migration of complex, business-critical data from a diverse legacy landscape (including Pivotal CRM, Access Databases, and other program-specific portals) into a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Finance, Supply Chain Management and CRM). Your expertise will ensure data is trusted, secure and audit-ready, directly supporting compliant service delivery, accurate activity-based billing across multiple service lines and regulatory obligations—particularly within sectors such as Aged Care.
