Title: Project Coordinator Location: 41 South High Street Columbus, OH Job Description: Description This position is responsible for overseeing the onboarding, development, and engagement program for Commercial Services as well as leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve readiness, consistency, and execution, ensuring teams have the structure and support needed to scale and perform effectively. These efforts are designed to provide resources, training, competency, development, career enhancement and/or other learning and development for colleagues and leaders within Commercial Services. This would include development and ownership of our training and onboarding programs, sharepoint resources, and assigned projects. This colleague would also own internal change management efforts for Commercial Services on assigned initiatives.
