• Conduct a comprehensive on-site assessment of all existing electronics installations within the KDCI office facility. • Prepare, draft, and finalize complete as-built plans for the following auxiliary systems: Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) CCTV and Surveillance Systems Access Control / Door Access Systems Structured Cabling Systems. • Facilitate required testing and acceptance procedures with third-party inspectors and regulatory authorities (e.g., BFP). • Issue certifications of safety, reliability, and conformity for all covered installations, where authorized. • Coordinate with accredited third-party inspectors to obtain certifications when direct signing authority does not apply.
Job Requirements
- Registered Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) with a current and active PRC license in good standing.
- Legally authorized to sign and seal as-built plans under Philippine electronics engineering regulations.
- Demonstrated experience preparing technical documentation, as-built plans, and system layouts for commercial or office facility installations.
- Strong working knowledge of: Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) CCTV and Surveillance Systems Access Control / Door Access Systems Structured Cabling Systems.
- Experience coordinating with third-party inspectors, BFP, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Experience handling regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, or certification requirements for office or commercial facilities.
- Familiarity with DICT, ICT, IECEP, or other applicable standards related to structured cabling and auxiliary systems.
- Willingness to conduct onsite assessments and inspections.
