Salary Information For New York City metro area, the expected salary range for this position is between $59.10 hourly and $65.70 hourly. Role Description The Collections Manager oversees day-to-day accounts receivable activities, leading a team responsible for insurance and non-insurance AR. This role focuses on driving timely collections, improving processes, and ensuring consistent and effective practices across the team. The position partners closely with attorneys and Finance to support cash flow and resolve outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily AR operations and supervise a team of Collections Coordinators - Monitor and drive collection efforts to ensure timely payment and reduce aging balances - Track and report on key metrics such as collections, aging, and productivity - Provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve team performance - Partner with attorneys to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve issues - Review reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement - Ensure consistent application of collections policies and best practices Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - 5–8 years of experience in collections or revenue cycle management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment - Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred - Strong understanding of AR processes and collections strategies - Experience with collections systems (Aderant or similar a plus) - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Requirements - Hands-on, results-oriented approach to collections - Builds strong relationships with team members and attorneys - Focused on improving processes and driving consistency - Able to balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Flexible Spending & Health Savings Account - Firm-paid holidays, vacation, and sick time - Employee assistance program and other benefits

Role Description The Credit & Collections Analyst will serve as the primary customer contact for the credit & collections, customer service and cash application functions of an assigned portfolio. This position will manage the customer base in a positive manner and will help the department reach its cash collection and DSO goals. The Credit & Collections Analyst will be responsible for the credit and collection efforts, as directed by the Manager of Credit and Collections to ensure the proper account coverage across the delinquent portfolio and provide daily feedback on unresolved issues. The position reports to the Supervisor of Credit and Collections.
