Role Description Dans le cadre de ses missions, l'agent procède notamment à l’accueil et à la prise en compte des nouveaux arrivants et renseigne les administrés sur leurs droits et obligations. - Édite, suit et assure la notification des actes individuels dans le système d'information des ressources humaines (SIRH) ARHMONIE pour prise en compte. - Met en œuvre les procédures utiles à l’administration et à la gestion du personnel militaire (mobilité, maladies, retraite…). - Renseigne les tableaux de suivi utiles au service (maladies, suivi des accidents de travail, maladies professionnelles, distorsions d’emploi, reclassements…). - Contrôle les déclarations d’indemnités et primes et transmet pour mise en paiement. - Prépare les contrats d’engagement et instruit les demandes de changement de service. - Entretient des relations régulières avec différents interlocuteurs internes (administrés, chefs de service) ainsi qu’avec des partenaires externes tels que le CERH (Centre d’Expertise des Ressources Humaines) et le DAGRH (Département Accompagnement et Gestion des Ressources Humaines). Qualifications - Une expérience relative à l'administration du personnel militaire serait appréciée. - Connaissance du service de santé. - Expérience sur les systèmes d'information ARHMONIE et/ou CONCERTO. - Organisation rigoureuse dans la gestion des dossiers. - Aisance avec les outils bureautiques. - Autonomie, discrétion et respect des règles de confidentialité. - Sens développé de l'accueil, écoute attentive et aisance relationnelle avec les administrés et différents interlocuteurs. Boeing's Global Trade Controls Function (GTC) has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Controls Specialist (TCS) based in Doha, Qatar. Reporting to the GTC Senior Manager for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa Region. Providing primary support to the Boeing Qatar businesses and other Boeing business interests in Qatar, the successful candidate will also provide trade compliance support to colleagues in the wider Middle East region. Some regional or international travel may be required. This position is key to developing strong business partner relationships and providing tailored trade controls support and solutions to help enable business success in a timely and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will have proven operational experience in trade controls, including a working knowledge of Qatari, and ideally wider GCC, Customs' regulations for importing and exporting products and technology and experience working with U.S. export regulations. They will also be able to work on their own initiative as part of a geographically dispersed team and to team effectively with business partners. Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: - Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to understand business strategies and objectives. - Plan and execute innovative compliant solutions to help enable business success - Support the Boeing Qatar Import/Export team to help ensure compliant transactions, including broker management, jurisdiction and classification reviews and performing necessary due diligence - Implement and maintain a cohesive trade compliance infrastructure within Boeing Qatar, including user friendly processes, compliance monitoring and training - applying consistency and rigor to execution - Partner with in-country regulators to help promote a rationalized trade control environment beneficial to Boeing - Provide support to Boeing JVs and partner companies, as required - Identify and highlight trade compliance risks and participate in enterprise and/or external Compliance Risk Management reviews - Support enterprise level investigations and contribute to establishing, implementing and reviewing appropriate corrective actions - Attend relevant business meetings as the GTC ambassador, advising the Boeing Qatar Leadership and Program and Function teams accordingly - Provide proactive support to the GTC Senior Manager and colleagues relating to workload management and prioritization of tasks - Maintain effective communication with GTC colleagues in the U.S. responsible for the respective defense programs in Qatar - Flexibility to attend virtual meetings in other international time zones Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) - 5+ years proven operational experience of applying regional trade control / customs regulations. - A working knowledge of the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). - Fluency in English (read, written, and spoken) - Experience in presenting/delivering training - Proficient in appropriate computing skills - High ethical standards and the ability to self-motivate Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) - Project Management Experience - Bachelor's degree - Arabic (read, written, and spoken) Typical Education/Experience Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience.
