Our Research Laboratories QA Clinical Quality (CQ) provide independent assurance that our company ensures the safety, rights, and well-being of participants, while complying with applicable global regulatory requirements through sound processes, procedures, and strategies for ensuring data integrity in our clinical trials. - Leads their own specific tasks and responsibilities within a team, prioritizing time and effort towards important deliverables and producing high-quality work. - Contributes to the overall goals of the team by excelling at their individual role and taking initiative to improve their own skills. - Influences, partners and collaborates with other colleagues within and outside their team. - Prepares, conducts QA audits, generates audit reports, communicates results to the relevant QA management and external relevant stakeholders (e.g. Clinical Operations), and interacts with various teams to ensure corrective and preventative actions are taken to bring QA observations to closure as applicable. - Analyzes and leverages critical to quality factors to identify potential risks to prepare and perform risk-based audits. - Activities may include GCP audits of investigator sites, suppliers, third party collaborations and due diligence activities. - In alignment with risk assessments, supports the QAL in the identification of audit substrate for scheduling, as appropriate. - Ensures appropriate and timely escalation of quality issues, including potential misconduct or issues of significant deviation with projects/products, to the QAL and TA Head. - Interfaces and provides day-to-day support to applicable QA functional line to ensure appropriate quality oversight of assigned studies. - Assesses compliance of clinical investigator sites, vendors, study activities, clinical study reports and submission documents, and Country Offices (COs) processes against ICH (International Conference of Harmonization), applicable government agency regulations/guidelines, as well as our company policies, procedures and industry standards. - Develops and delivers awareness sessions with minimal supervision on various GCP and PV topics internally and externally. - Promotes standardization of auditing approach within QA. - Routinely suggests new audit techniques/aids in areas of technical expertise. - Ensures the work climate/culture within QA exemplifies the company's Leadership behaviors. • Lead a team of regionally distributed ICQA managers, leads, and analysts • Build capability and consistency across sites through training, tools, and governance • Partner closely with: Site Operations Leaders Engineering & Continuous Improvement teams Account Management / Customer teams • Own network-wide inventory accuracy performance, including: Cycle count execution and compliance Root cause analysis of discrepancies Shrink and missing inventory reduction programs • Establish standardized inventory control policies, audit routines, research best practices, and escalation processes • Define and monitor storage utilization and capacity health metrics across the network • Partner with operations and engineering to: Monitor and proactively manage storage health (fullness) Prevent related congestion, operational inefficiencies, and inventory integrity risks Develop frameworks for inventory health management, including: Aging inventory Obsolescence risk Location accuracy • Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned to customer and operational requirements • Define and govern quality performance standards, including: Error rates (picking, shipping, receiving) Customer complaints and defect tracking Process adherence and audit compliance • Lead development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution across sites • Implement structured quality audits and corrective/preventive action processes (CAPA) • Lead ICQA-driven continuous improvement initiatives across the network • Utilize data to identify systemic issues and prioritize improvements • Deploy Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to improve: Inventory accuracy Process reliability Quality outcomes • Track and report realized improvements and cost avoidance • Ensure alignment between ICQA processes and WMS/LMS systems • Drive enhancements to inventory control and quality reporting tools • Partner with IT and analytics teams to improve visibility and automation

• Work autonomously to apply and establish testing best practices. • Collaborate with the development team to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a test automation framework that supports multiple project needs. This includes using tools like FitNesse, Selenium, and Cucumber, and writing test scripts in Java. • Deploy test automation to a continuous integration environment and ensure that test results are communicated clearly and promptly. • Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the project team to identify risks and impacts for the systems being tested. • Create and generate test scenarios from user stories and acceptance criteria. • Manage multiple project schedules at different phases of testing, maintaining strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Coordinate QA tasks and priorities for each project, including identifying QA/testing environment needs. • Walk through and demonstrate testing results to Product Owners and business stakeholders to gain sign-off on user stories. • Ensure defects or requirement changes identified during testing are tracked, verified, and resolved before moving the application into production.

Role Description We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly. - Review and analyze system specifications - Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans - Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results - Evaluate product code according to specifications - Create logs to document testing phases and defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Help troubleshoot issues - Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Qualifications - Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role - Experience with tools like Selenium WebDriver or WebDriverIO testing web applications and Javascript language - Experience with bug tracking software like Jira or similar is required as well as SDLC and testing best practices - Experience working with retail, restaurant or grocery POS Systems is a plus - Experience with load testing tools - Experience in project management and QA methodology - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors - Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude - Strong organizational skills - BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
