• Lead and deliver deep‑dive telecom security risk assessments and security consulting for operators, vendors, and critical infrastructure programs (Security Architecture Reviews, RAN & OSS Risk Assessment, MOCN Risk Assessment, IMS Cloud Risk Assessment, 5G Core Risk Assessment). • Define assessment scope, threat model, and risk methodology; translate technical findings into clear, actionable risk statements and remediation roadmaps. • Perform architecture and design reviews across 2G/3G/4G/5G, IMS, EPC/5GC, RAN/OpenRAN, OSS/BSS, interconnect, roaming, cloud-native telecom platforms (Kubernetes/OpenStack), wireline and other OT and IT infrastructure. • Assess security controls and compliance alignment (e.g., GSMA, 3GPP, NIST/ISO principles) including identity, key management, crypto choices, secure boot, supply chain, and operational security. • Analyze protocol and interface exposure (SS7, Diameter, GTP, SIP/IMS, SIGTRAN, HTTP APIs) and identify abuse cases, misconfigurations, and systemic weaknesses. • Evaluate cloud and platform security for telecom workloads (multi-tenancy, network segmentation, service mesh, IAM, secrets management, CI/CD, container hardening). • Conduct evidence-based testing and validation when required (configuration review, log review, traffic analysis, fuzzing/abuse-case testing) and coordinate with P1 Labs R&D for advanced topics. • Produce high-quality deliverables: executive summaries, technical annexes, risk registers, reports and presentations; ensure consistency and repeatability across engagements. • Support pre-sales and customer workshops: clarify requirements, estimate effort, contribute to proposals, and communicate scope and value. • Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge base, assessment playbooks, and reusable tooling.

Role Description As a Project Manager reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead, you will drive day-to-day delivery excellence across client and internal initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects end to end, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations are managed proactively. - Lead the preparation of missions, ensuring all necessary information, frameworks, and documentation are in place ahead of project kick-off. - Facilitate and structure project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, scope, responsibilities, and timelines. - Provide continuous operational support throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project execution in alignment with internal PM standards, escalating issues when needed and ensuring progress remains on track. - Maintain and organize all project documentation, including agendas, minutes, reports, and status updates. - Lead weekly project board sessions to review project health, validate milestone progress, track deliverables, and ensure all active projects maintain forward momentum. - Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely sharing of information and clarity around actions and expectations. - Assist in identifying risks, blockers, or performance gaps and contribute to mitigation strategies. - Manage project calendars, schedules, and shared workspaces. - Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across operational processes. - Translate operational workflows into clear, structured documentation that supports team alignment, onboarding, and change management. - Design and deliver internal training sessions to ensure team members understand and follow updated processes, tools, and best practices. - Oversee the intake and verification process for client applications, ensuring all required information and checks are completed prior to training purchase. - Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new trainees, including preparing and watermarking presentation slides, scheduling sessions, and ensuring all materials are properly distributed. - Manage the setup of CTF account as part of the training journey. - Organize “Meet the Expert” sessions between the expert and trainees at the conclusion of each training cycle to support knowledge transfer and address final questions. Qualifications - Experience (3+ years) in delivery management, professional services, or project management, preferably in cybersecurity, telecommunications, or technology consulting. - Proven track record of managing complex, project-based service delivery in a B2B environment. - Proficiency with FURIOUS and Notion - Knowledge Management a plus. - Communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable interfacing with executives and technical teams alike.
