Role Description We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly. - Review and analyze system specifications - Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans - Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results - Evaluate product code according to specifications - Create logs to document testing phases and defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Help troubleshoot issues - Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Qualifications - Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role - Experience with tools like Selenium WebDriver or WebDriverIO testing web applications and Javascript language - Experience with bug tracking software like Jira or similar is required as well as SDLC and testing best practices - Experience working with retail, restaurant or grocery POS Systems is a plus - Experience with load testing tools - Experience in project management and QA methodology - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors - Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude - Strong organizational skills - BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include: - Gathering user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers - Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets - Building page navigation buttons and search fields - Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look - Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) - Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) - Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback - Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images Qualifications - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - User research & testing - Portfolio of design projects - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision) - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Good time-management skills - BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
